Legend study

Twenty ways to build a map legend, all wired to one canopy height map. Brush a histogram, split the map between two legends, read a legend made of the tallest trees in view or redraw the colormap: every legend shares one state, and deck.gl-raster applies each change on the GPU without refetching a tile.
